Stage 27 contains the front covers for the transmission case, rear brake disc and front brake hose bracket.

For this stage you will need the transmission case from stage 24 and an 'F' type screw.

Take the round cover and line up the two pegs with the two holes in the transmission case, hold in place and turn over the case and insert an 'F' type screw into the central hole then carefully tighten until fixed in position. Now take the front cover and line up the four pegs with the four holes and push fully home.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Pack 9 contains stages 28-30.

Stage 28 contains the rocker covers, bracket and screws.

For this stage you will need the front fender and a 'B' type screw from Stage 2 , the brake cable bracket from Stage 27 and a screw driver.

Locate the hole in the front fender and place the bracket over the hole making sure it is the short end is against the fender, secure in place with the 'B' type screw.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 29 contains the transmission case and screws.

For this stage you will need the left front fork assembled in stage 13, the front fender from stage 28, two 'A' type screws and a number 2 Allen key obtainable from all good hardware stores.

Hold the front fender with the bracket side up line up the front fork with the upper hole and push in place then use the two 'A' type screws to secure the fork to the fender using the Allen key. The brake hose from the calliper can now be carefully inserted into the bracket.

Store the assembled and unused parts in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 30 contains the drive belt and a handy box with compartments to store parts in.


For this stage you will need the right fork from stage 6, the fender assembly from stage 29 and two 'A' type screws.

Take the right fork and attach it to the fender the same way you did the left fork using the 'A' type screws.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.
