It is now January and still no Senna DVD; pack 8 arrived today in the US-- no HAT!!!! I have sent off an email to customer service asking when I will receive these items-- why offer bonus items when they never arrive?

Yesterday I sent an email via the link in the order confirmation email- customer service@deagostiniusa.com and received no response- today I sent the same order info via the 'contact us' link on the Deagostinin USA home page- which is the better place to report these problems?
