Superb base for your dio Andy and certainly sets the scene. I'd be a little tempted to have some rubble around the wall area and a little on the street. Is this something you intend to add? .. Look forward to your next update.... Regards Alan

Hi Alan Thanks for looking in and your comments. I am quite pleased with how the base turned out and looks quite good when painted up considering its all vac formed grey plastic to start with apart from the lamp post which is injection moulded. There is an excelent set of tutorials on the web site that give many tips for making these dio's up. Assembly guide,just click on the tab at the bottom right. http://www.miniart-models.com/

Both are downloadable although there are a good few files and can be stored in a file for future use, As for a little rubble I had thought to add a little but decided in the end that the wall damage was done in a previous conflict and just a basic clear up repair job was done due to lack of funds by the walls owner. Thanks for looking in Mick and Steve, glad to be of help with the maps and these dio's do look great when assembled but I will say the first time I saw one I wasnt sure if it would be any good but I have been proved wrong everytime I have used one since. Hi All I have painted up the figures I will be using and as you can see im no expert with 1/35 scale figures to the point that I think they look rubish but the aim here is to add something to the dio which they do from a distance . The Stug has been added to the Dio as have the figures and is almost finished apart from the Map the officer will be holding. Once the maps arrive sometime this week it will be finished and I will post on the finished builds section. I think I might Title it ' There over there m8 '. I hope you have enjoyed my build and Good Luck to all in the competition.
