Hi Maurizio,

No problem. I hope the "sketch" below helps. I formed the parts and then superglue to the body of the car.BigGrin

I malc, I use your topic build as references like the mfh boo to build my MP4/4.

I have a question.

This decals set that ave you posted is included with the DeAgostini pack?

I've also bought the Autograph and MSM decals, but i have the fear to make some mistake for correct decal position.
This kit is a template set to fit in right position the extra decals?

I hope to explain me quite good.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Francesco,

I think you have two questions:

1. The Decal set that I posted was received with the last pack of parts. ( pack 20 )

2. I don't have a template guide to position the Autograph decals and had to use some guess work.

Malc.

Wonderful build mate. I am in the middle of building mine ;)

May I ask where you got the FIA sticker on the Intake Plenum chamber and the stickers for the brake calipers?

I would love those as they look a real treat.

Thanks and Regards

Andre

Hi Andre, That FIA decal came on the Museum collection general sponser decal set. Also included are things like the brake caliper heat sensors and steering wheel stitching detail.

Hi Maurizio.

I think you mean the part arrowed in the picture below?

If so then this is the undertray support rod. I made it from a thin steel wire a ( 0.5mm I think ) and the triangular bracket was cut from 0.070mm steel shim stock and formed at the edges. The bolts were from a photo etch sheet of nuts and bolt heads.

Hope that helps.

Hi Maurizio,

I used a Tamiya Clear red ( X27 ) which I carefully sucked (by mouth) into the tube then sealed the ends.

Hope that helps.

Malc.
