Nice work Chris and making good progress with your build, well done. Cool ThumpUp

The mysterious silver part at the top front of the engine which you don't know the name of, is called a 'pop-off' valve and the big black moulding it is attached to on top of the engine is called the 'plenum' chamber. The 'pop-off' valve should be a sort of pale beige grey/green colour in reality but it doesn't really matter, looks fine as it is in silver, just thought you might like to know.

Keep up the good work Chris. Cool ThumpUp

unfortunately I don’t have any other photos of in between so I am just going to load what I have left. I do apologies

my prost before it is turned into a prost

my finished prost, what I done was purchased a new body for this car as I had to paint the white because I had to change the 12 on the nose to an 11, this meant I had to paint all the white as the difference is very noticeable, this is why i sold the other body on ebay.

the rear wing end plates I just sanded down and sprayed over from a can, this gave the desired look and the colour difference is hardly noticeable.

the helmet is a 1/8th scale minichamp version, I removed the bottom of the Senna helmet from the Jap version and glues it onto the bottom of the Senna one, I had to file down the base of the helmet as the Senna version was a little big.

My Senna version

So I have a 1/8th, 1/12, 1/18 and 1/43 scale of the senna and prost MP4/4 all branded up. Cool.

the reason it took me so long to finish this project is because I purchased a boat, a 23ft cruiser and have spent the last year shedding blood, sweat and tears on that. the F1 models I can confirm are far easier lol.
