Hi,

One of the 3x5mm Planks from step 21 of the second instruction manual was cracked. How can I get a replacement?

Thanks,
Steve

If you are in the USA, email: customerservice@deagostiniusa.com or Call: 1-877-544-6779

UK customers, call 0845 1489 250/251 or email customercare@deagostini.co.uk

You need to ask for the Stage number or Pack number the part is provide in.

stevelow,
did you ever get your part?

I am asking because I got a broken beam (pg. 29) with my kit. That was over a month ago. I called the company this morning about it. This makes the third time I did so. They would not give me a straight answer. Best of luck to you!

You need to request the Stage number of which Stage the broken part is supplied with as c/s do not supply individual items.

If it had stage numbers I would do so. I went by the manual supplied with the package. You can also check the download from the website. No stage numbers. Only Pack numbers. If you would please be inclined to point me that direction of stage numbers, I would be obliged.

A simple matter of starting with the first parts set and numbering it #1 and number each parts set onwards
