Hello all

I'm eagerly awaiting the arrival of my first stage build and preparing for the task! I'd like some advice regarding painting.

Firstly is there a paint guide? What the best type of paint is and do I need a primer-if so what sort?

Secondly painting the air frame. What colour is used and at what stages will these
need painting.

Thank you all very much.

Regards.

Alan

Painting information is provided at the relevant stages of the build.
Paint type is down to personal a choice, be it aerosol, brushpaint, airbrush or a combination, and use a primer to suit the paint type being used and material it is going onto.

Hello Alan and nice to have you in our squadron, it'll be great to see another Spitfire diary. I think our Trev will help you a lot if you have any questions as he has good experience of building this kit - as long as you agree to be his 'wingman' and protect his six from the hun you'll be fine!! LOL Cool ThumpUp
