Can you post a picture?

Have you lightly sanded some areas down so it fits in the frames?

hi..you need to sand down the beam with the contour of the deck..with mine it was mainly the middle of the beam that needed sanding so it fit snuggly..good luck paul

I have sanded the beam down, however to make it fit i would need to sand 5mm off the beam. i have gone back and looked at all the instructions and build guides and I've done everything as it should have been done. i cant find the problem i will be up loading pictures shortly.

And did you use the thin strips for the deck supports or something else?

don't worry I had same issue i have replied in your other thread the solution I used i had 3-4mm to remove in places I don't think your build is wrong just need to take of more material than you expected.Cool
