Help, when drilling for the centres of the gun ports, the rear section of the lower deck barrel support has come loose. any advice on how to re attach it already glued and planked the middle deck, i am at a loss on how to get into this section without having to remove a large section of the planking.Crying Crying Crying

If you can complete at least 2 cut outs then you could use a long thin screw to grab the support through the 2mm hole and then glue from the other cut out. Then repeat the process along the support.
You do not need a parachute to skydive. You only need a parachute to skydive twice.

The same thing happened to me as well, think I was a little heavy-handed with the drilling!
To fix it I made a hook out of some wire and hooked it through the gun port and grabbed behind the barrel support, then soaked the joints with superglue to hold it, and then finally when the joins were re-attached I PVA'd the joints to hold it firm. Re-painted black again and good as new.

thanks for that tom, guess i did not use enough glue in the first place, i have tried what riff raff suggested if this does not work will try your suggestion, anything so as not to have to pull her apart, even the french and spanish couldnt do as much damage at trafalger as i would pulling her apartLaugh

So you have put the barrels on the lower gun deck? Won't they be completely hidden there? The instructions say they go on the forecastle.
