On previous subscriptions the payment screen used to be a mess but i was always charged the correct amount despite what it said on my account.

I still can't log into my Deagostini account, is there anyway to check your subscription through this website? This is the site I placed my order through. Building the MP4/4!

Does anybody know if this months issues are going out correctly as I have not had mine yet and the subscription page is not showing any up to date information.
I am wondering if there may be a similar problem to the Millenium falcon Subscription problems as my account is showing a debit which I do not owe.
I am loathe to ring customer services as they are usually foreign and do not understand what you are trying to tell them.
Any information would be appreciated.
