Just more sensationalism from the press!! Glare Glare

The TU-190 'Blackjack' is NOT new at all, it first flew as a prototype in December 1981 and entered service with the Soviet Air Force in 1987!! It is typical of a lot of Soviet military aircraft in that it is a blatant design copy (with the odd Russian twist added here and there) of a Western design - in this case the Rockwell B-1B Lancer or 'Bone' which has been around a little longer (had to for the Russians to copy it!!).

That photo the press have used (the white aircraft) is of the 1981 prototype. Flapper Flapper

But it can outrun Britains best fighter, or looking at it another way, it just exposes another the short coming of our rapdily diminishing forces power.
