Can someone clear up a question about the chrome, I know it was mentioned earlier in the build but can't I just spray over the chrome brake discs with primer, black enamel then alclad?

Thanks all

BigGrin Looks great, as for the chrome parts the undercoat will just chip off the chrome parts so just remove it using oven cleanerCool

Hi Mark

As Malc has said, a nice neat job so far and don't let the pressures of everyone watching you build this very rare model worry you too much as I'm sure you will do it justice and build the car as you want it and that you are also happy with it.

Regards

Spencer

Ian, Steve and Dave, very kind words and it's spurring me on :)

I think I should change profession, this paint is like a mirror!

Just flatted down working through the numbers with micromesh and then polish and wax
