Am seeing a lot of posts about customer service and getting replacement parts. I would like to be informed as to the proper way to approach replacements. Can individual spare parts be ordered? Specifically, I am needing for the left upright brake assembly, the 4 calipers, 4 brake discs, the left front upright upper and left front upright lower.

At the moment, you would need to order the relevant monthly pack which contains these parts.
