Jase I remember seeing on britmoddler that White Ensign did a resin 1/700 kit of the Sir Tristram Round Tableclass trawler. Unfortunately I have not been able to find one for sale, I dont know about the other ships

I've had a quick look and can't find any matching models, you may need to look for models ships of the same class that can be modified.

Found a Sir Kay which is also a Round Table class trawler, perhaps it could be converted to a Sir Tristram http://pages.ebay.com/li...00112825050&alt=web

Thanks for the help guys. I think the Sir Tristram I am looking for is the post war ship http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RFA_Sir_Tristram_(L3505) J “Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.” -Mark Twain

Hi Jase Did you mean the WW2 Trawler or the Falklands era Fleet Supply type. I don't know of any kits but the local Antics did have a collection of modern RN types, quite small scale 1/700?, ready made collectors items (and expensive as I recall!)Might be usable in a diorama though. Robin First wooden ship: The Grimsby 12 Gun 'Frigate' by Constructo Second: Bounty DelPrado Part Works Third: HMS Victory DelPrado Part Works 1/100 scale Diorama of the Battle of the Brandywine from the American Revolutionary War Diorama of the Battle of New Falkland (unfinished sci-fi), Great War Centenary Diorama of the Messines Ridge Assault Index for the Victory diary is on page 1

Thanks Robin, they would all be post war ships. and non of them 'sexy' enough for main stream manufacturers i was hoping to find a resin one possibly, but no luck so far J “Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.” -Mark Twain
