I have introduced myself on 2 other spots, namely the RB7 and HMS Surprise on the forum, but it seem to me that I should have started here. O well. Here it goes.
Hi, I am Leonard, and I'm from Rustenburg, North West, South Africa
I have subscribed to both the RB7 and HMS Surprise at the begining of last year. Had some trouble and was extremely frustrated with customer care as I was unable to register on the forum. Been struggling more than a year.
At long last I am sucsesfull.
Thanks again to such nice and helpfull people like Tom, wich helped me sort out another problem.
I was missing pack no 1 of the HMS Surprise also for more than a year now.
I haven't received conformation from DeAgostini yet as to wether they did sort it out, but I'm confident with the help of Tom, I will soon be able to start building on my ship.
As for my RB7. I have received up to issue no 8, and build up to issue no 8.
I have recieved from issue 10 to 33, still missing no 9. DeAgostini did send me a e-mail stating that they have send it out, going to see tomorow if it is in my postbox. However, I will take pictures of the front and rear wing and upload the photo's by the weekend. Hopefully I can carry on building by next week (if I have no 9)
