I just wanted to give a shout out to Darbyvet and the DeAgostini US Support team. I had a piece (sticker) missing from one of my packs for the Millennium Falcon and was hesitant to enter into potential support hell trying to get it replaced. Ya I know, how negative of me to assume it would be problematic...I suck.

Anyway, I reported the missing part on June 6th to both Darbyvet and via email to the US Support team. They quickly replied that this would get resolved ASAP, and it WAS!!! Just a week later on June 15th I received not just the sticker, but a whole replacement pack! How amazing is that!

Thanks again Darbyvet and the rest of the DeAgostini US Support team, you made a believer out of me! I look forward to continuing to work with you over the 2 year lifespan of this product and many other products to come.
