Pack 19 contains stages 60-62

Stage 60 contains Base frame, oil tank sticker, posts, long screws, washers and screws.

For this stage you will need the base frame assembly from stage 56,base frame parts from stages 52,56,57,58,59, connecting pin, threaded knob and screws.

Like we did in stage 56 screw the metal frames to the base parts, then add base frame 2 to the end base frame 6 and then add base frame 4 to the other side of base frame 6. Next take base frame 9 and slide it into the groove until it reaches the end of the edge frames, loosely fit the correct screws to hold it in place. Now slide base frame 8 into the groove so it fits half way again using screws to loosely fit into position. Screw the threaded knob into position on to base frame 4 then glue the pin into the pre drilled hole in base frame 2. Next take the frame assembly from stage 56 and slide it into position with the frames you have just made and use the correct screws to fix both parts together. Once you have all the screws loosely fitted in position tighten them all up to make the structure solid.

This concludes stage 60, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 61 contains the kick starter rubber and lifting handle.

For this stage you will need the main frame assembly, swingarm assembly, shock absorbers from stage 31, threaded pins, washers and screws.

Remove the rear right indicator from the main frame and then check to see if you have a gap between the inner frame and the rear right fender side. If there is a gap use one of the black plastic washers from stage 49 and slide it between the fender and frame. Then use an 'R' type screw to fix both together then replace the indicator back in position.

Next replace the swing arm assembly back onto the main frame ensuring that the chain, brake lever and chain guard are correctly repositioned and then remove the rear left indicator from its mounting. Next take the left shock absorber, line up the narrow end with the hole just above the rear swing arm hub and fix in place with the long grub screw and Allen key. Fix the right shock absorber in the same way.

Now align the right shock absorber with the upper frame and fix in place with a washer from stage 32 and an 'F' type screw then line up the left shock absorber with its mounting hole. Next take the lifting handle and align it with the rear fender and fix in place with a 'W' type screw then use an 'F' type screw to fix the handle to the shock absorber mounting hole. Replace the rear indicator back into its mounting hole.

Retrieve the kick start pedal rubber and push it onto the kick starter, some washing up liquid can be used to lubricate the rubber part if needed.

This concludes stage 61, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 62 contains the display base speaker.

For this stage you will need the base frame, 4 posts and long screws from stage 60.

Take a long screw and insert it into the top right hole in the speaker chassis, hold the screw in place as you turn over the speaker and then slide a post over the screw. Line the screw up with the top right screw hole in the corner of the base and fix loosely in position. Next take another post and line it up with another mounting hole and use a long screw to fix in place, do the same for the remaining two holes and then tighten all the screws.

This concludes stage 62, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 64 contains the control panel and replacement cable's.

For this stage you will need the key from stage 16 and some vinyl electrical tape.

Turn the control panel over so you can see the circuit board then cut a piece of tape about 8 cm long and place it along the top edge covering the sockets. Gather the cables together and use another piece of tape to hold them together, be careful not to pull too hard and detach any cables when doing this. Next use two more pieces of tape to stick down the cables to the right and left sides of the circuit board.

Turn the control panel over and insert the key into the ignition switch making sure it is in the off position then look at the rear of the ignition switch and turn the key to check its operating correctly.

The four replacement cables are to replace any that may have been broken from stages 47 and 52, You have two choices here either repair or replace any cables that may have been damaged when fitting them if they are needed.

This concludes stage 64, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 65 contains Control panel cover, holder, volume knob and screws.

For this stage you will need the display base stage 62, control box stage 63, control panel stage 64 and screws from stage 60.

Turn the control panel over so the rear is facing you and fit the cover to the back lining up the holes and making sure the cables are correctly placed in the exit gap, then fix together using two 'J' type screws. Next take the display base and loosen the latch and the 4 screws on the middle section so the base can be pulled apart slightly at the centre. Then feed the cables from the control panel through the hole in the front of the base and then insert the panel through the hole until it is flush with the front panel. Use two screws and washers from stage 60 to fix the panel in place then push the two halve back together and refasten the latch and retighten the four screws. Once everything is back in position line up the pins on the control panel holder with the two holes in the top of the control panel and push gently home.

Take the control box and turn it over so you can see the circuit board then place each cable plug from the control panel into there colour coded sockets starting with the yellow one, lastly after fitting all the panel connectors add the green plug from the speaker to the circuit board. Turn the control box over being careful not to pull any wires and place it over the four holes in the base, fix the control box in position with the screws from stage 60.

Next turn the volume knob on the front of the control panel all the way to the left, then line up the indicator mark with this position and push gently home. Check the operation of the volume knob, sliders and buttons.

This concludes stage 65, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.
