Good morning all
I received the tool kit with pack 4 but it is not the one shown in the adverts I have seen-the one with pliers, wire cutters etc.
I received an equivalent of a Dremel.
I have contacted customer service several times and although I have had a response from them, the last message did not get answered.
I am left with them looking into it, but it's been a couple of months and no news yet.
Can you help?
