Hi all,
Not been on here for a while, the build is coming along well. I'm now waiting for issue 24 to be resent as in the last delivery I was sent 2 copies of 23 + 25 and 26. Spoke to customer services two weeks ago and was told issue 24 was dispatched on the 14th October.
My question is how come delivery is so slow with deagostini when any other items sent through the post arrive in a few days, even 2nd class. They have told me I will have to wait 28 days before they will resend. Beginning to wish I had reserved through my local news agent. Really enjoying the build now, just annoyed that I can't continue until I get the template supplied with issue 24.
