hi guys im up to stage 95 and what ever I do I cant get the worm gear to turn the wheels they turn ok when its not connected ive not tried it under power yet due to the problem do it need to be under power to turn the wheels or should the wheels turn still thanks cal

Does the running gear move smoothly without the worm gear attached.I had an issue with binding of one of the slides at the front of the train. If so did you tighten the set screw on the worm gear?

 Hi Cal The worm gear should be turning the wheels if you turn the rod by hand , have you tried putting the wheel frame on the rolling rail and turning it. If it still will not turn remove the worm gear and check that the wheels turn ok on the rolling rail again. If its binding without the worm gear check all the bolts/screws are the right way round as I had a bolt the wrong way round that stopped mine turning fully. Hope this helps.
