Been locked out of my subscriptions account so cant see information about my subscription, like when is the next 4 issues due to be sent out.

If you go to the DeAg home page and click on subscriptions you'll find a FAQ page where there's a list of probable issues. If you can't find one which matches your problem type an answer in the box provided and their support team will get you out of trouble.
I had to do this on my account once and they got back to me via email within 24 hours and sorted it out for me. You'll probably have to come up with another password for your account though, but that's no problem.
