Pack 20 contains stages 63-65

Stage 63 contains exhaust cover, oil filter, oil filter support, starter cover and screw.

For this stage you will need the drive wheel from stage 26, rear brake disc from stage 27, the rear wheel. the 73.5 mm axle from stage 54 and the engine assemble from stage 62.

Take the rear wheel and have the left side facing you, then place the drive wheel onto the wheel. Next on the right side place the brake disc in position. Place the assembled rear wheel next to the rear frame and place the drive belt around the drive wheel. Then put the wheel between the swingarm, remove the nut from the axle and from the brake disc side insert it through the swingarm and rear wheel. Replace the nut and secure with the wrench from stage 55.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 64 contains gear cover, transmission case, timer cover and screw.

For this stage you will need the rear fender from stage 50, the tail light from stage 62 and a screw.

Take the rear fender and pass the wire from the rear light base through the central hole then line up the two lugs with the two holes and push gently home then fix the base to the fender using a 'C' type screw. Now line up the lens cover with the base and push gently home.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 65 contains seven cables, mud flap and screw.

For this stage you will need the fender from stage 64, the engine assemble from stage 63 two side reflectors from stage 61 and screws.

Take the rear fender and the two reflectors line up the lugs on the reflector with the holes in its side and push gently home repeat the above for the other side. Take the rear fender and offer it up to the rear of the engine frame passing the wires from the fender through the frame then mount the fender using the lugs from the side arms to correctly position it on the frame. Next use four 'U' type screws to fix the fender to the frame.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Pack 21 contains stages 66-69

Stage 66 contains four hoses, two battery caps and an alternative lens ring.

For this stage you will need the main bike frame stage 65,the transmission case stage 64, the transmission cover stage 61 and the starter cover stage 63.

Place the transmission case onto the right side of the engine making sure it is lined up with the peg then use an 'F' type screw to fix it in position. Next take the transmission cover and line up the pegs with the holes and push gently home. Line up the starter cover making sure the lug is orientated with the notch and push gently home.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 67 contains the right saddlebag mount and an allen key.

For this stage you will need the main engine assembly, rear suspension system from stage 44, the battery box from stage 21 and screws.

Lay the main engine frame upon its side so the bottom is in view. Take the rear suspension unit and clip the bar end onto the support attached to the swingarm. Rotate the suspension unit forward and clip it in to place along the frame making sure the screw hole is lined up correctly then fix in place using a 'H' type screw. Next take the battery box and making sure the wire is to the rear attach it to the upper frame using two 'H' type screws.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 68 contains the left saddlebag.

For this stage you will need the distribution block from stage 12, the oil pump from stage 15, the push rods and two supports and the main assembly.

Take the distribution block and turn it on its side so the mounting holes for the oil pump are visible then line up the pump and push gently home. Place the two push rod supports into there slots then place the four push rods into the cylinder heads of the engine. Take the distributor box and line up the four rods with the rod supports then line it up with the lower engine and fix in place using an 'F' type screw.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 69 contains two backrest supports, tail light cover and screws.

For this stage you will need the gear cover, timing cover from stage 64 and the main assembly.

Take the gear cover and then line up the timing cover making sure the notch is lined up with the cut out. When it is correctly lined up fix it in place from the rear with an 'N' type screw. Line up the completed gear cover with the two mounting holes on the distribution case and push gently home.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.
