Mine has not arrived yet they have taken the money today,typical Deagostini.
Together with the problems I had with them with my Millenium Falcon subscription and various quality control issues with this build plus the problems with viewing photos in the official build they need to get their act together.
People might read this and think he's moaning again but we are paying a lot of money for these products and are entitled to a good service from Deagostini.

Well if anyone thinks I'm moaning then these are probably the people who are sitting at home with their parts. They are still not here and my payment was taken 2 days ago! I thought the payment was supposed to be taken when the parts arrived? Up to now I have not had a problem with parts arriving until now and its a bit frustrating when you are nearing the end of a build and you just want to get on with it. Someone just commented that they had their parts marked as sent on the 7th and they got them yesterday. My parts were marked as sent on the 5th! Unfortunately we have little control over speed of delivery once the goods are passed to the Royal Mail.
If payment has be taken then your parts are on the way which is common practice to take payment at the despatch point.

We mare fully aware of the photo viewing problems which our team are working to resolve, though is proving difficult to get to the bottom of, but will be put right.

I'm thinking there's something up with Royal Mail. Mine hasn't arrived either, but has always arrived on the same day every month previously. Building the MP4/4!

I agree. I received a standard tracked item today via the Royal mail, which was uplifted by them the 5th from a retailer that was 60 miles away - think it went via the North Pole

I have checked my bank account and the money hasn't come out yet even though 'my subscriptions' page says it was debited on the 11th. No sign of my pack yet, even though it was apparently sent on the 5th. And just a point on payments- when I paid by Direct Debit for my MP4/23, there would be a note with the pack stating the date when payment would be taken. However with the Debit Card payments, we never really know exactly when the £40.00 will leave the bank. I think it would be good if we were given a notification with each pack of when the payment will be processed.

Well 10 days and counting and still no parts!
By the ways things are going it looks like it will be a call to customer services on Monday and all the stress that speaking to them incurs.
I am really glad we are at the end of the build as only one more month of hassle to put up with.........its going to take something special to persuade me to take out another subscription with this company.

As is normal you should give 14 days for your parts to arrive, if nothing received by that time then you can think about calling C/S. Will also say I've had and still have multiple subscriptions with this company and to date have had very little problems with them. Those that I have had have been dealt with in an efficient and speedy manner, I'd buy more....

No, none here either. It seems that the people who have had their parts marked as sent on the 5th seem to be the ones without the parts yet and the people who had marked as sent on the 7th seem to have got theirs parts on Monday.
