Pack 22 contains stages 70-7

stage 70 contains the left saddlebag support.

For this stage you will need the main assembly,the air filter and caps from stage 19, the air filter cover from stage 3 and screws.

Take the air filter box and fix it to the right side of the engine over the carburettor using two 'E' type screws, once it is fixed in place cover the two holes with the two plastic caps and place the sponge/wire filter into the filter box. Now take the filter box cover and place it onto the filter box making sure it is correctly aligned. Fix the cover in place using a 'M' type screw.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 71 contains the seat.

For this stage you will need the oil tank, battery from stage 42 and the two battery caps from stage 66 and screws.

Take the oil filter and pass the wires through the centre of the frame and slide it into position. When it is in its correct location use two 'P' type screws to fix it in position. Next take the battery and add the two caps to it then position the cables so that the battery can be placed in position. Try to make sure the cables are not twisted or pinched when inserting the battery.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 72 contains the pillion seat.

For this stage you will need the main assembly,the brake parts from stage 47 and screws.

Take the brake pedal and fix the rubber pedal to it by pressing the parts together. Next take the brake cable support and fix it to the main frame using a 'I' type screw then pass the brake cable through the frame from the rear and pass the end through the support. Take the brake lever spring and place it on its mount. Next take the brake pedal and insert a 'C' type screw into it.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Pack 23 contains stages 73-75

Stage 73 contains the fender bib.

For this stage you will need the main assembly,the brake pedal from stage 72 and the brake pedal parts from stage 47.

Take the brake pedal and place it onto the peg where you placed the spring in stage 72 then fix it in place using a 'W' type screw. Remove the screw from the brake pedal attached in stage 72 then place the screw into the pre-shaped wire at the end of the brake cable and fix both to the brake pedal.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 74 contains the right saddlebag.

For this stage you will need the main assembly, cap from stage 38, the radiator from stage 49, the oil filter and support from stage 63, cable 'C' from stage 65 and screws.

Take the radiator and place the two cables from cable 'C' into the two holes, a small dab of superglue may be needed to hold them in place. Next place the silver end of cable 'C' into the hole at the front of the engine and then push the radiator gently into the two mounting holes at the front of the bike frame. Assemble the oil filter with its support then line it up with the frame and secure with a 'K' type screw. Once the screw has been tightened cover the hole with the silver cap.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 75 contains the pillion backrest.

For this stage you will need the main assembly and the four cables from stage 66.

Take hose 'Y' and place the plug end into the engine block then place the socket end onto the first stud closest to the engine on the oil pump. Next take hose 'X' and push the plug end into the frame below the oil pump and the socket end onto the remaining stud on the oil pump. Hose 'Z' will be fitted next the plug end going into the bottom of the oil tank and the other end into the engine above the oil pump. Now take hose 'T' and fit one plug into the oil tank and the other end into the hole in the frame base.

Store the assembled and unused parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.
