Could save a bit of boring monotonous work by mass producing the 'gun ports', I don't have the correct size wood for the ports so used what I have for a practice! I had some 10mm square section, glued it to a a piece of wood and cut gaps leaving 10x10mm squares, I found that they were too high but rather than try and cut them down I'll just use some packing so that the frames are not at the base of the squares, it will also make it easier to get the frames off the jig. Anyway, just an idea you may want to try!       It wont be long before we start these. Jeff

Great idea that Jeff. Has anyone any idea what is being supplied for the gun ports and there overall finished size? wait til next week, but my guess (holds breath) 1mm framing equals a 10mm gun port.
