 Hi ALL These arrived today there the wedge and flat 280 mm sanding blocks each has a coarse and fine face on each side of the sanding block. I wish they'd use actual P numbers instead of "coarse" and "fine". That tells me nothing.

Hi Greyhawk These sanding tools are made of tungsten grit welded to the surface of the tool. When they say rough it will take a serious amount of wood or metal off whatever your sanding very quickly the fine is a lot more gentle but works consistently. As for 'P' numbers why dont you contact Perma Grit and ask them as there more qualified than I to answer that question. Hope this helps. If you want to sand a flat surface just place the block on the table and whatever your sanding ends up perfectly level. I use mine all the time. Fantastic value for money and top quality!
