I've paid for issues #9 and #10 and have received neither. Customer service told me three weeks ago that I'd be receiving #9 in two weeks. Is anyone else having this problem?

Just so you know I have not received issue #9 should have received it in October!!! As for issue #10 I did receive it this month. Please keep us posted if you find out anything new and I'll do the same.

I have also been waiting since late September for month 9 and this month I have received the lighting kit but no parts for month 10. I have been sent emails to say that the month 9 should be in soon ....this was two months ago. If I get any info I will post.

Hi guys, I am having the same problem. I have been waiting for month 9 since Sept 28 and month 10 since Oct 28. I received the light kit but not month 10. My card has been charged for both. I have talked to customer service four or five times and just get the runaround. This is getting very old.

I have not received 9 or10. I have paid for 9 in October. Hopefully this lag in time will not be a permanent problem as it takes long enough at rigid intervals to complete model. I also notice no recent editions to the u tube builds for the spitfire.

The UK YouTube playlist for the Spitfire is currently at Pack 26, and 27 is queued to be posted and pack 28 will be posted up in the next week or so.

It appears the US team are behind with keep video pace with the US rollout which should now be at Pack 10 but you can refer to the UK playlist as the content is identical.
I have asked the US team to investigate the despatch of pack 9/10

There was a delay with manufacture. Stock should arrive at the warehouse on on Monday and be with customers within the next 10-12 days. Apologies for the delay.

I received another email from model space customer service saying that issued 9 10 and 11 are on back order and should be in between 10-12 days. This email came after customer service saying they sent issue 10 and was delivered to me ....it wasnt. This seems to be the same answer I seem to always receive that parts are back ordered and should be in soon. Still waiting on parts from another kit and that has been about six months ago.
Will post again if receive the issues or info.

Just now received the parts for month 9.....Now just waiting on parts for two other models...have had no luck with receiving parts on time or missing parts from any of the models on order(HMS Victory,spitfire,millenium falcon and Sovereign of the Seas)...this has really been bad experience.
