Hello peeps. I just received today pack 17, parts 55-57, and there was no booklet. Should I have received one in this pack?

Skip that, just seen another build and I should have! Phone call in the morning then!!!!!

I spoke to CS this morning, was tough going as the lady had an accent but we got there in the end!! Complete new pack 17 will be with me in 10-14 days, and I have to return the original pack, all free post, so good on ya Deag!!

So after getting no response to email I phoned CS and got through to a very pleasant lady with an accent who by the quality of the line was on another planet under water but I think we got there and replacements will be forthcoming.  Graham

I was missing the booklet as well so I went by the official build diary.Its a poor show from the factory that no one got a booklet at all. Built and building

Think our packagers must have fallen asleep on pack 18

Would they not realise no one at all recieved the stand and just put it in the next issue instead.Its only one small part. Built and building

Not as simple as you might think, the packs are generally prepared ahead of the next delivery, and therefore would mean they would need to be re-opened to include if not already prepped, just a case of how far on the next pack is.

Received my replacement Pack 18 today - NO booklet and NO Side stand - in fact the contents are identical to the original shipment
