Sorry to bring an old thread back to life, but I just received Pack 18 with no instructions just like some others here.
I phoned and they said a new pack 18 would be sent out. Looks like a side stand should be in the box, according to what I'm reading here, but wasn't. Hopefully the replacement will have it.
The guy on the phone was very helpful.
Gord.

Well, here we are in mid September and still no replacement for Pack 18. Today was the third phone call since mid June.
I also just received Pack 21 which contained crushed parts in a mint condition box.
We shall see how long it takes to get replacements...

Call them and tell them to open pack 18 too see if the side stand and book is in it be for they ship it.
I think the have a bunch of pack 18's with missing parts.
It took 3 times for them to get mine right.

Thanks to the great help from Carl, I now have my missing side stand from pack 18 and replacement control panel (Pack 21) to replace the one crushed in shipping.
Thanks Carl!
Now if I could just get my hands on a instruction booklet for stage 18, I still don't have one...
Cheers, Gord.

I just got my stage 58 today (Dec. 16, 2016) and it looks like the problem of the missing side stand still exists.......

I sent an email to customer service, so it should be straightened out soon. Just kind of surprised it's still an issue.....
