Hi All

I have about six or seven of these kits from Bandai in my stash now, this is the first to be reviewed and built. The box has Bandai's slick photo art with lots of pictures. On opening the box there are three large sprue's and two small ones an interesting point here is the wings are moulded in grey plastic and the centre parts in black plastic all in one piece, the central part of the same sprue contains the clear plastic parts to some very clever moulding has gone on here. All the sprue's are well detialed and without flash,the two small sprue's contain two Darth Vaders one sitting the other standing and the green laser bolts to signify a shot from the guns. The instructions are on glossy paper but all in Japanese the pictures are easy to follow on them and do not cause any assembly glitches as long as you check the build sequence first. Two sets of decals are provided water slide and sticky backed. A nice little kit that builds into a very good rendition of the Tie fighter as you can see from the last picture.
