So I am laying in bed reading my Falcon magazines before falling asleep and my wife asks me: "Where is the galley on the Falcon?" I said "Good question hun?" So I looked at all the layouts of the magazines and no galley, there's toilets and a shower but no place for Han to make a sandwhich. On some still shots there are cups and plates on the engineering station. So... on long trips do they just not eat?

He is a space trucker, he just stops at the local truck stop and grabs a bite to eat. He probably has a mini fridge hidden somewhere in one of those smuggling panels in the floor.

Yeah totally not serious.
