Just got round to opening Pack 16 which arrived on Dec 24th and found, like Al, the base parts are missing.
Has everyone had this problem? Looks like a call to CS is in order on Monday.

Yes, exactly the same. Two cables, and the battery box, but not the screws, joints, base plate or connecting pin.
Although I thought it was a bit odd that there's then no mention of these in the instructions. I know you occasionally get a part to be saved for later, but it's pretty rare to get so many, and without any mention of them or of putting them aside.

Its starting to look like the packager has forgotten to pack the missing items from Stage 52.
Have flagged this up with DeAgostini and will update on Monday

Hi yep same parts missing from my pack 16 to.after all problems with pack 18 on the suzuki.
