honda 750 four, pack 3 Options

Can anyone help me sort out these screws. I am on pack 3, and the instructions showing 2 different screw types,and they put the screw type in the column,but you still don't kow wich screw is which.it shows the screws on there own,but there type elsewere.Also iv come across a screw designated a U screw,i cant find it,can anyone throw some light on this pathetic screw system they are using.

"U" type screw is "O" in the screw list that came with the instructions in pack 2

This is a typo in the instructions.
