Hi Karl,

No doubt Admin will be along shortly to advise, though I do know there are huge problems with delivery of packages due to the massive back log because of the bad weather of late, and where Xmas mail madness has only made the situation worse, aparently the RM have now organised evening deliveries to try and clear the backlog.

I'm sure yor pack will arrive shortly but its not a bad idea to ask just in case it might have gone astray due to the sheer volume of mail currently in the system.

I was wondering the same thing as I still have not yet received my delivery, although getting all other mail without problems. I do understand that the bad weather can, and has caused problems, but I again know of other subscribers local to me who received there issues nearly 2 weeks ago. Phoned customer services but had no joy at all.
Before anyone says it, I am not complaining, merely wondering if I might see my delivery this side of next year, especially as the money has already been removed from my account?

Best wishes for Christmas and the New Year Everyone.

Hi All

Im in the same situation. They said mine sent 2 days after the parts for the cutty sark, yet ive had the cutty sark parts for a couple of weeks but noting about the victory parts.
It would be nice to know if we are going to get our parts this year as we have all paid for them.

Merry Christmas all.

Sadly, in SA (where it is summer, so no snow) we have a similar problem. The latest issues have been mailed, but due to the fantastic (NOT!) postal service, it has not arrived, and will more than likely not until after the new year. Postal service is inadequate at best, and definitely in no position to cope with the demands of the Christmas season.
