Toyota 2000GT was in production for a very short time, only between 1967 and 1970. I still consider it the most beautiful car ever produced by the Japanese manufacturer, but as a source of inspiration for their designers it came, in my opinion, a bit flat. Consider these 1969 and 1970 concepts, clearly referencing 2000GT heritage, but in a bit... strange way: 1969 Toyota EX-1 Concept, the most resembling 2000GT 1969 Toyota EX-III Concept, the crazy one 1970 Toyota EX-VII Concept, a bit of evolutionary development on the EX-III Which one would you like to see on the road? :D Any images I post on my personal builds are free to be used and shared under Creative Commons Attribution license, which means you can do what you want with them, on the condition you mention I'm the author.
Happy building :-) http://www.model-space.com/gb/
