Hi guys,
(Sorry if this is the wrong topic)
I am trying to order the RB7 subscription but I can't get the order through. I had the same issue with the hummer, but after I think 5 tries I received the first package.
I tried it with my bank card, credit card and paypal with value on the account. I receive the order confirmation email and I can see it under my account details, but if I call the help line they tell me they can't see any order.
Do you have the same experience? I would really like to get the RB7 as a subscription as well.
