Hi Mick

You probably have them lined up already but best to check.

Is the infa red sender and receiver on the bottom of the engine and base in line with each other.

I've got a similar issue. When I turn on the power I get no lights, indicators and full beam don't work. I do have engine sound and horn. Brake light works. Ignition key on handle bars works (brake light stops working when removed).
IR transmitter appears ok using the 'camera' test.

Next step is to test the switches on the control panel but I don't think that's the issue as the parts in the base (engine and horn sounds) work and parts on the bike (brake light) work.

Seems to be a IR transmission issue between the base and the bike just not sure how I can check that.

Check that the main circuit board has not been cracked during placement as we've had a couple that have been reported as throwing up such problems as a result. Then do an individual plug by plug check for what works okay individually.

Hi thanks for the advice MrT. I have tried each light ie taillight.headlight indicaters all individually as suggested. And get the same flickering on all of them.I can't see any cracks or damage to control board even under magnification, the ir seems okay as have to move the control box few inches away before loose contact with bike.still have no sound but this not go through bike.it should work control box alone.so wondering if it's the control box at fault?.cheers mick.
