PACK 7 Stage 53 The running board 6 Here we attach the running board to the right hand side at the rear. Attach another oil pump box,and the boiler tank. Then glue the fire hydrant to the water supply pipe. PACK 7 Stage 54 The cab 1 Here we put the connecter on the headlamp wires. Then attach a small bracket to the cab. PACK 7 Stage 55 The cab 2 Here we screw the floor together pay attention here and don't screw the floor on upside down.then insert the floor and put in all the necessary screws.you may need to loosen the 4 screws on top of the boiler to get it to sit neatly against running boards.the cab sides glue to brackets fixed to floor by screws.then it's fit the white trim places. PACK 8 Stage 56 The cab 3 First of all thanks to everyone who looked in and left comments much appreciated. So the start of pack 8 here we glue the seats to there bases, and fix them inside cab.add the brake valve to the floor and put pipe in from water ejector through the hole in floor. PACK 8 The cab 4 and 5 Stages 57 and 58 I put the two stages together as they are exactly the same just opposite sides.here we screw on 2 little brackets to the side wall to take the cab top bits. Glue the side window frame to the outside of cab.put the sliding window in frame and glue this to the inside, then glue the window eave in. PACK 8 Stage 59 The cab 6 Here we glue the doors to the front of the cab.glue the window eaves in over these.glue the rear window frames on, and glue in the 2 roof beams. PACK 8 Stage 60 The cab 7 Here we first screw in the seat backs.glue in the air cooling tube from stage 49, and the control valve rod from stage 36.glue the skylight onto the roof.and glue the cab rear piece onto the roof. PACK 8 Stage 61 The cab 8 Here we screw on the left and right cab end beams. Place the body on the chassis and screw it on via 4 screw at the back. Then we put the brackets onto the gutter pipes.and fit these to the rear of the cab.had to file my holes a little as brackets were to big to go in.i decided to fit the brackets that hold the end of the pipes before I glued the brackets to the cab just to make sure all aligned. The left hand bracket screws into the distribution valve.and the right uses nuts and bolts to fit it.this is as far as got now as you can see by tape holding all in place till glue sets. PACK 8 Stage 62 The cab 9 Hi thanks to all who looked in and left comments much appreciated. Here we glue in the few bits to the roof top. Then assemble the 3 parts to the 3 way valve attach this to bottom of cab floor.
