Thanks Malc. My next chellenge is to try at lest to fit the extra radiator hoses like you and Maurizio. Carbon decal i know that are a nightmare for me, but the extra hose i think is ajob that i could try to make.

In this past week i contiuned the building.

I placed the heat shield on the undertray. Watching the reference's book i noticed a black protection on the heat exchanger.

The size of this model is really awesome.

I little detailed the brake hose, i painted the line in black and suddendly i covered them with alu tape (like mentioned by NsxKidd)

I fitted the two hoses on the vacuum oil vapor reservoir (i hope is the right name, for one hose i made a clamp with alu tape, for the longer hose i made the joint with shrink tube

Finally i little detailed the wastegate, after a little black paint on the six nut, i noticed (watching the mfh book) that the spacer betwenn manifold and wastgate is alu metal non black painted. i try to replicate.

Now i need the Fia decals.

Thanks to mucch for support.

This easter egg i found time to continue a little bit the building...

It was the first time that i used the mfh clamping band...and i understood that they're fragile like a decal.

My idea was to positioning the brake hose only with clamping, but it was so difficult. So i use the tape of the kit to position the hose, next i "covered" the tape with clamping band.

I think to reach a satisfactory result. Blushing

I want to tahnk Malc for her support to help me find the mask for carbon turbo duct.

I take the original pic and reduce in 3 step of -10% to find the correct size.

When i'll at home i'll check with size of turbo duct

After some resizing I think to found the correct size mask for turbo duct

I would ask you the correct step to decal the ducts
- Mount the ducts
- Primer these
- Need to paint these (which base color must I use?)
- Once the decals will fitted, I’ll must spray clear coat?

Whatching the MFH Book i noticed some differences from race car and museum car

I noticed that the radiator hose joint are black in the race use and blue for museum car
The side panel near the air duct are white in some races and black in others
I watched that on the exhaust tube there’s a heat shield. I’ll try to reproduce it with aluminum sheet
I think the hard part of the exhaust step will be the color. I don’t have airbrush.
I think to paint it with dark metal gun and I’ll try to wheather it with brown brush

Following some guide and following the tips of Maurizio, i made my first carbon job on turbo duct.
I try to make my best but i'm realistic that is not a perfect job.

the last step will be the clear coat (i'll use mr hobby clear)

I show you the result

I went on my building....nothing compared on the Maurizio' s opera...Blushing

Last week end is arrived the last pack with a trouble (pack 66 is missing due to damaged packaging. Now i write to model space customer care to have the missing stage with seat and steering wheel).
I'm just waiting the decals to detail the brake caliper with thermometer and the fia sticker for wastegate.

The step in 11 and 12 pack are the turbos and exhaust system, but before to proceed with them, i prefer to work on engine.

I made some detai to fuel and injector rails and some little detail to coolant system

Now just some bolt detaail and the FIA sticker and the engine will be completed

This model is really funny and beatiful.
