Having completed the id box printer. I went to test the configuarion of the motors and have come across an issue. when I connect the z axis motor to the connector for the z access the motor does not run through the software. The motor is ok because it work when I connect it to the x or y connector.
Any suggestions

It sounds like you may have a cracked circuit board. test another motor in the Z axis socket, if it does not work then it ths the which needs replacement.

Just tried another motor connected to the z axis connector and that does not work either. How do I go about ordering a replacement circuit board

You will need to provide your Subscription reference and the relevant stage number which the particular board you need is part of, but refer to it as an issue number rather than stage number.

Be gentle when fitting the circuit boards as they are prone to crack if too much pressure is applied.
