Hi everyone.
I seem to have run into a problem in the form of being sent a double of part 30, but NO part 31 (Stern frame). First off; did anyone else experience this problem?
This must have happened with the first packaging back at wherever DeAgostini does the parts packaging. I'm not sure that they will be able to send that, and then, it will probably only come in maybe 2 or 3 months.
I figured that, if I could get an exact photocopy of that part, I could just as well cut a new one myself and hope for the best.
So, is it at all possible for someone to scan an exact copy and email it to me please? It is the Stern Frame where all the small Galley Supports slide into. I would be very appreciative for any help, otherwise I'm not sure how to continue with the ship.

I have the same problem. Issue 14 contained part 30,30a and 30b which should have been part 31. Spoke to CS and a replacement issue 14 was send to me unfortunately that issue still had parts 30 and not 31. After speaking to CS again they admitted there was a problem with part 31 and promised to resend issue 14 with the correct part (31) that was on 24 Feb still waiting for the arrival of 3rd copy of issue 14 with correct part.

I'm on part 20 atm and I don't have that part AT ALL. Issue 15 just had another part 30. That is why I need a scan copy so I can just cut that part myself seeing as that might be the easiest. I don't very much feel like paying for 3 more copies of one issue, and still not getting it.
Can anyone please help me with that?
