Ok so let me preface this by saying I don’t actually know the answer, but I was pursuing the dusty section of my hobby store after work and I saw the item in the photo below. He looked like your description and based on the wording on the box fits with material that is now legend. So the photos below is my guess.

My first thought was Salacious Crumb but thinking back (without watching again) I seem to remember he has a short body but long dangling legs so I'd go for Yoda being the shorter overall!Confused

Dude I care, seriously. I just don’t guess I know I don’t have the answer. I didn’t even l Jabba the Hutt have a full official name. However I now do know that. So I love these because even if I don’t know them I am learning something each time
