Hi All,

I've been woefully out of the loop for quite a while. I just saw mention of a Jaguar Partwork Drool

Wow!! I think that could just be the best partwork model car ever released and I would be amazed if it doesn't make it to a full release after the test? 'Roymattblack' is going to think he's died and gone to heaven if it does!! LOL LOL

Love the real leather seats, that's a nice touch and they look very cool. Are the wire wheels a spoke by spoke self-assembly feature of the build, or do they come ready assembled?

Very nice indeed!!

OMG that's awesome. A few years ago I worked at a restoration shop as an intern. Job never went anywhere because the guy kept putting off hiring me and paying me real money for the work I did. I got to see and touch some amazing cars though. The point of this, there was a silver one of these just sitting in the back of the shop gathering dust. I always wanted to dust it off and work on it, but it was never in the rotation. Wouldn't be surprised if its still sitting there today.

So not only am I hoping this makes production, but makes it to the US as well. This would easily be another "Museum Build" if I can get my hands on it.

DeAgostini kit builds:

Millennium Falcon: 18% Complete
Shelby GT-500: 28% Complete
Thunderbird 2: 13.75% Complete

If anyone wants to go potty with details, just download the free 130+ page parts catalogue...:

https://www.angloparts.c...ar_E-type_catalogue.pdf

Near the back of the catalogue is really nice art so you can print your own miniature Handbooks etc...

Roy.

Great subject choice; I would subscribe instantly if it was available in the US; one of my all time favorite classic cars.

Thanks for that Roy.

I love going back to the days when you could see what made these cars tick and get hands on. Not just plug it into a computer and swop out a part like modern cars.
