If I remember rightly, according to British Marital Laws & Regulations, Rule#1026, sub-section IV, paragraph 2a:
Illegitimate use of joint funds within the period of the Marital Contract:

So, it seems Daran, that you are supposed to seek the permission of SWMBO first? You obviously didn't read your marriage contract fully did you my friend?!
