Apologies in advance for potentially stupid question:

The turbine generator,stage 100 is shown as a 1 piece item, but it seems to be 2 pieces in the package, which don't quite mate. They would with some filing and adhesive. I wonder if anyone else has seen this or if it makes any sense before I continue. Please see attached photo.
