Stage 29
Your parts:- Equaliser inner and outer, springs, brackets, nuts ,bolts and screws.
Attach two hanging brackets to each leaf spring and secure them in place using four nuts , then take an inner and outer equaliser fix it to the leaf spring using two 2 x 8mm screws. Do the same for the other leaf spring so you have a pair.
Next take the leaf spring assemblys and place them over the side frame then fix both in place using two 2 x 10mm screws.

Stage 30
Your parts:- Wheels 'A' and 'B'
You will also need the parts left over from Stage 28 for this stage.
Line up the brass bushes with the leading truck chassis making sure the bushes are correctly placed and that the spoked wheel is placed at the rear.
Next take one of the long stays and place it over wheels and line it up with the four holes in the chassis and fix it in place using 2 x 4mm screws. Do the same for the other stay.
Now take the wheel assembly and turn it over so you can see the forward truck support and place one of the washers over the hole in its centre. Next line up the forward truck assembly with the hole and then use the centre pin and last washer to fix the truck to the truck support.

Stage 31
Your parts :- Headlamp, lens, handle ,LED ,connector and terminals.
Insert the handle into the two holes on the smokebox door and fix it in place using some glue. Then take the headlamp and glue that in position above the smokebox door making sure it is correctly lined up.
Now take the LED and fed the wire through the headlight until the LED is inside the headlight.
Save any unused parts in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 32
Your parts:- Lock bar, handle, lever, lock, header, handrails and brackets.
On the inside of the smokebox door you will see two ridges use some glue to fix the lock bar between these ridges. Next take the handle and thread the bar onto it and then pass the assembly through the central hole of the smokebox door. Once you have it in position glue the lock onto the handle end. When the glue is dry test that the handle locks the smokebox door.
Next place three brackets onto handrail 'A' and the last two brackets onto handrail 'B'. Now fix handrail 'B' to the hinge side of the smokebox and rail 'A' to the other side with glue.
Save any unused parts in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.

Stage 33
Your parts:- Lower boiler half, joints and screws.
The boiler joints have a slight curve so make sure they are the right way round when fixing them to the lower boiler.
Next take a joint and line it up with the lower boiler, fix the joint in place using seven 2 x 3mm screws. Do the same for the other side.

Stage 34
Your parts:- Boiler upper half, supply pipe, valve, brackets, nuts and screws.
You will need the parts left over from stage 32 for this stage.
Take the six handrail brackets and fix them to the boiler using the six nuts making sure the bracket holes line up so the rails will fit. Next fix the safety valve onto the boiler and fix the last four brackets to the smokebox again making sure the holes line up.
Remove the boiler joint from the rear of the smokebox and fit the header to it. Then take the two boiler halves and fix them together with 2 x 3mm screws. Then take the boiler joint and fix it to the boiler using 2 x 4mm screws. Next take the smokebox assembly and fix it to the boiler joint so you have a complete boiler assembly.
Place the water pipe in position on the boiler valve, making sure the pipe is correctly positioned next to the two screws.

Stage 35
Your parts:- Tapered boiler, base ,cover ,valves and screws.
Take the boiler section and slide the base into the hole making sure it is in the correct position then add the cover and screw the two valves in place to fix the assembly in position. Once you have completed the assembly fix it to the main boiler assembly with four 2 x 3mm screws.

Stage 36
Your parts:- Firebox half, plugs, valve, brackets, joint, rod, nuts and screws.
Take the boiler assembly and fix the valve to it using a 2 x 3mm screw. Next take the firebox half and place the four plugs into the holes from the inside and fix in position with glue. Once the glue has dried add the two brackets to the firebox again making sure they are lined up with each other.
Now add the joint to the top of the firebox using two 2 x 3mm screws. Once the joint is in position fix the firebox side to the boiler assembly with two 2 x 3mm screws.
