Over last couple of years I have acquired a couple of Pocher Rolls Royce models and various spares with the aim of building all 3 models made by Pocher {Ambassador,Torpedo Cabriolet Sedanca Coupe}

The Sedanca was a 97% unbuilt kit and the Torpedo cabriolet was a built model that had a few parts damaged or missing. I have since sourced the parts required to complete these 2 kits and stripped the Torpedo ready for cleaning,painting and rebuilding. The Ambassador will be harder to complete as i still need some parts for it.

Here is how the marathon project looks like at the startBigGrin
Be patient as this could take a long long time LOL LOL

Made a start on this and got some frame parts primed and painted.
Loosely assembled 2 sets of frame components from the 4 I have.

The frame braces came up well with some Duraglit and will use this on some of the other tarnished components.

Blimey, most people are apprehensive with one pocher kit on the go you are either brave or insane, of course if it gets too much for you I could always take one of them off your hands.
Ken's the name modeling's the game.

Wow 3 Pochers Rolls kits.That is some serious masochism there!! Best of luck with the build.There is a US based website that carries tons of aftermarket parts for the Pocher kits.Marvin Meit is a really nice guy too.He may have aftermarket parts for what is missing.His builds are just amazing,especially when you consider how much effort it takes to get the Pocher kits built.here is a link to his website

Made a start on some of the engine parts and I think they now look better than the standard grey colour.
Gave the rocker covers and cylinders a satin black finish.

After some cleaning up of the pistons the crank was fitted and the pistons now move freely in the cylinders when the crank is rotated.

More soon
