These will be part of the dio and one will represent the load in the Gigant. As the glider is rather tail heavy and doesn't have anywhere to place nose weight with the doors being in the open position, I plan to use one of these to carry some weight to do the job. Made a little progress on this project and after assembling the Heinkel bodies, the tailplanes, rudder and elevators were added. They were later joined to the center wing and a day later the outer wings added. There is some filling to do on the upper joints but a lot of work to sort out the underside joints . The Gigant has also acquired its tailplane, fin and rudder and later the wing was also attached. This went together better than the Heinkel and apart from some filling needed for the underside of the outer wing joints I think some light sanding may be all that is required.
