Way back in August I called in here for the afternoon on my way back from Cornwall, slight diversion I know but had to be doneLOL

Here is a few pics from the visit.
Well worth a visit and although the carrier deck experience is a little dark for photos its an interesting experience.
There is a small shop inside and a viewing area looking out over the active airfield. Also outside is a large cafe which is very good but as expected a little expensive.

Thanks Steve, I preferred both Cosford and Duxford to it myself but I've always wanted to check it out so now I have.

Looks like the weather smiled on you that day and some very interesting aircraft in the FAA Museum's collection too by the look of it? Some cracking photos from you Al, many thanks for taking the time to share them, much appreciated. Cool ThumpUp

I have not had the chance to visit here before, Duxford is my usual haunt as its 30 minutes from me, but it certainly will be on my list after seeing your photos. BigGrin
