sounds like the falcon is a real challenge to ship the parts and stock the where-house.....

while not the end of the world i am now wondering how much longer it will take to get my january shipment that should have been done two weeks back.

in another week to 10 days it will be time for my February shipment to happen.

having read several posts about problems it sounds like someone needs to look at the policy on how the company manages the inventory.

while you might have a lot of sales it seems like after a customer starts a subscription that the packages for that customer should be ready in advance and not need last minute crazyness.

the pay by the month seems like a good idea at first but if packages can't be shipped on time then as a customer i wonder if i will be back for any other kits this way.

i really hope this is just a temporary thing and i can move on to building the kit and not having to ask when i will get the parts.
